L.K.G. Admissions are open to Nursery class falling within the age group
between 3 years 5 months and 4 years 5 months from 1st April of the
academic year and a corresponding scale of age for the higher classes.

Procedure for Admission: Application forms are normally made available at
the School website only in November for a period notified on School notice
board. The Application Forms should be duly filled in and submitted to the
office on or before the due date, as mentioned, along with the following
documents:

Date of birth certificate (Attested copy only) such as from Municipal
(Nagar Palika) or Baptismal Certificate (for Christians) only.
- Latest passport-size photograph.
- Soft copy of Aadhaar Card of the parents (Father & Mother)

On the date and at the time specified in the acknowledgement slip of
Application form, the parents and the child will meet the principal
for counseling.

Parents will be informed about the selection of their wards by display
of names on the college notice board. Parents of selected candidat es
have to produce an Official Birth Certificate, such as Municipal,
(Nagar Palika) or Baptismal Certificate (for Christians) and will ha
ve to complete the Admission form and other formalities specified and
submit the same at the School Office by specified date. Affidavits are
not accepted.

The date of birth of a student once entered will not be changed in the
Admission form/Register.

The very condition of admission will be that the Parents/Guardians
will comply strictly with the Terms and Rules contained in this book a
nd pay the tuition fees and all other charges laid down. Any future
changes made in this book regarding rules or fees will also be bindin
g on them.
Other Classes

Opportunity is provided to all those who would like to seek admission to
higher classes depending upon the number of vacancies arising thereof due
to transfers and withdrawals.

Admission Test & Counselling : Entrance test will be held on specified
date. Candidates will be tested as under :
- For Class U.K.G. to V : Test in English, Maths, Hindi.
- For Class VI to IX : Test in English, Maths, Science.
For students coming from other school

A much higher percentage of marks will be required in order of merit.
Depending upon the vacancies available after admitting the students of the
schools, they will submit attested photocopies of the mark sheets and
Character Certificate from the Principal of Institution last attended. The
students selected in the written test will appear in the interview with
their parents.

Admission: The students will be finally selected for
admission and then they will have to complete the formalitie s at the
School Office as per the dates notified on the School Notice Board. The
Principal reserves the right to admit or refuse a dmission to anybody
without assigning any reason thereof.

Transfer Certificate (T.C.) : No admission will be granted without a
T.C. from the recognised Institution which the appl icant last
attended, duly countersigned by competent Govt. Education Authority
wherever required.

Certificate of Character: Applicant must submit a Character
Certificate from the school last attended and undertake to f ollow
strictly college discipline and observe good conduct.
